The coordination and promotion of events is directed by:

The contract, the general conditions and the detailed program will be signed or understood as accepted from the moment the event is contracted, obliging both parties to comply with it.

2. The booking

The booking appears in the detail of each activity.

The price INCLUDES:

  • A certified hiking instructor and an accompanying instructor, depending on the size of the group.
  • Liability insurance
  • Accident insurance
  • Additional services that are explicitly listed as included in the “includes” section of each event.

The price DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Food
  • Drinks
  • Unforeseen expenses caused by uncontrollable circumstances such as strikes, blocked roads, weather conditions and natural disasters.
  • Services not specified in the “includes” section.

3. The program

Due to the special complexity involved in coordinating activities in nature such as “Hiking”, participants accept, once the reservation has been confirmed, the possibility of modifications to the program, before, during or during its development due to forces beyond the control of the ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA organization.

4. Reservations

We offer three options to request your place on the event: Online, WhatsApp and Telephone.

  1. Through the website www.rosaestilodevida.es, clicking on the activity page and clicking on the link “Request a place”.
  2. By WhatsApp at (+34) 685981004 (Please indicate: Name + Surname and code or name of the activity)
  3. By calling the phone number (+34) 685981004

After confirming your place by email, you must make the payment by Bizum or bank transfer of the total amount (the details are provided when confirming your place), indicating your name, surname and code or name of the activity.

The reservation will be confirmed when we receive the reservation payment.

6. Cancellation by the Client

Once the reservation has been confirmed, the client accepts the unavoidable commitment to inform us if they decide to cancel the reservation and will not attend the activity by sending an SMS or WhatsApp message exclusively to (+34) 685981004.

  • Before departure: No refund will be offered. The place can only be transferred to another person’s name, with prior notice and consent of ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA.
  • No-show: No refund will be offered. According to current regulations, for activities lasting less than one day, the cases of «Force Majeure» or «Fortuitous Event» are not applicable.
  • COVID-19: The price paid will be refunded, deducting €5/person for management fees, in the following cases: Positive PCR test, state of alarm and movement or capacity restrictions.

7. Cancellation by ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA

ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA reserves the right to cancel activities if there is not a minimum number of people registered before 1:00 p.m. on the day before departure. The minimum capacity is indicated in the details of each activity.

ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA reserves the right to cancel planned activities due to extreme weather conditions that make it inadvisable to carry out the activity, without any bonus or compensation, proposing to those registered, in cases where possible, a viable alternative.

If we do not notify or an error attributable to ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA occurs, it will compensate the client with another activity of equivalent price or reimbursement of the amount paid.

8. Insurance

Civil liability insurance and accident insurance are included in all activities coordinated by ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA.

9. Return Policy

The amounts corresponding to cancellations by ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA or by the client will be made within 7 days from the information of the Bizum number or bank account of the payment.

If the refund is due to an amount entered by mistake by the client, ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA reserves a period of up to 30 days to make it; although, depending on the circumstances, it will try to do so within a shorter period.

If you request that ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA make the refund to a person other than the one who made the payment, this person must be authorized, in writing, by the owner of the right. The refund will preferably be made through the means used for payment; if it is by Bizum or bank transfer, the client must provide us, in writing, with the mobile phone number or bank account and the name of the account holder.

10. Rights of Author Capture and Image Processing

The Intellectual Property Law recognizes the company ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA during the coordination and development of its own activity, the taking of images during the duration of the same for informational, promotional, or advertising purposes of the brand as its services.

The client expresses his consent for the capture of the images that during the activity may be taken of the group, our monitors and other members of the company, or the clients themselves, authorizing ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA to publish them in the media it deems appropriate for informational, promotional, or advertising purposes of the corresponding activity.

The dissemination of images will have an informative, promotional, or advertising purpose of the brand as its services.

Every participant in any activity coordinated by the company ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA, recognizes having read and understood these conditions and assumes the fact that appearing in a photo report or video is totally voluntary and recognizes the authorization of said images for organizational purposes of its activity.

Any participant who does not wish to appear in any image taken during the activity may inform the instructor prior to the start of the activity, and consequently refrain from posing during the activity.

ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA is exempt from any failure by the participant to comply with the conditions described above.

The Law grants other rights, such as the right to transfer, reproduction, public communication, and transformation. These are the rights that may be transferred or sold and protect the author company from using the images in its publications.

The concept of personal data includes images when they refer to identified or identifiable persons. Therefore, the current principles regarding the protection of personal data must be applied to the use of cameras, video cameras and any similar technical means that capture and/or record images during the activity. Only when the capture and transmission of the images does not affect identified or identifiable persons will the application of the aforementioned Regulation be excluded.

Likewise, ROSA ESTILO DE VIDA informs users that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portability of data, as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation, by means of written and express communication to the company, in the terms indicated in the previous section.

11. Validity

These General Conditions will be valid until they are replaced by new ones.
